Nothing about you will be disclosed without your written permission, except in cases of possible harm to yourself or others, or a criminal subpoena.
Sessions typically occur in my Boulder office, but online/video counseling sessions can be scheduled as well.
I do not accept insurance but if you have out-of-network coverage, I'm happy to provide you with a Superbill for you to submit for reimbursement. In order to create a Superbill, I am required to give you a "Diagnoses Code" which will become a part of your medical record.
